Chairman and President of Redwood Investment Group, Previously, the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Oxford Media. Mr. Hemingway has served as CEO and Chairman of Esynch Corporation, and Chairman and CEO of Intermark Corporation, a software developer and publisher in the entertainment markets. Prior, Mr. Hemingway was President and CEO of Omni Advanced Technologies and Intellinet Information Systems.
In addition, Mr. Hemingway has been a consultant and or board member to several NASDAQ and privately held companies, including Neostem (NASDAQ: NBS), Smart House /LV, Great American Coffee Company (GACC), CBC, Pure Bioscience (NASDAQ: PURE), Financial News Group (NASDAQ: FNGP) , MetroConnect (NASDAQ:MTCO) and NextPhase Wireless (NASDAQ: NXPW). Mr. Hemingway has spent the past three decades developing relationships within the investment communities and in various advisory and deal-making capacities within the financial services sector.
Mr. Hemingway completed his studies with a Bachelors in Political Sciences, State University New York, Albany, New York.
With over thirty-five years of investment banking and capital markets experience, Edward has extensive experience and expertise in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and capital markets including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private capital raises (both debt and equity) and PIPE transactions with a specific focus on technology, environmental, energy, alternative energy, internet, healthcare and biotech.
Mr. Marucci founded United Capital Group, Inc. in 1995 and served as Managing Partner of UCAP Partners LLC, a private advisory firm. He has been instrumental in providing capital to emerging companies in all phases of growth. He has assembled an extensive database of criteria for the assessment of risk such as; market risk, trading risk, fundamental and economic risk.
Mr. Marucci has previously served as Head of Private Corporate Equity, Syndicate Manager, Investment Banker and Sales Manager at various Wall St Brokerages.
Gary D. Cohee:
President and CEO of PMB Securities Corp from 2004-2016, has a career in Investment Banking spanning 43 years.
In 1973 he joined Blyth, Eastman-Dillon in Long Beach, California and in 1978 opened their Newport Beach office in Orange County. He joined Smith-Barney; Bateman, Eichler, Hill-Richards; DSBC Partners; and Paulson Investment Company between 1979 -2004.
After heading the effort to bring Pacific Mercantile Bank (PMBC) public in 2000, he joined the bank in 2004 as President & CEO of their subsidiary- PMB Securities Corp, which he acquired in 2006. He is a graduate of Long Beach State with a BS in Business Administration. He remains active in community organizations where he has been past President of Long Beach Bond Club; Southern California Options Society; Long Beach Century Club; and a member of Directors Circle at Long Beach State; Boys & Girls Clubs-LB; Team 100-Food for Kids; and Los Altos YMCA.
President and CEO of RLB3 Enterprises, LLC, from September 2010 to 2016, the company engaged in consulting, capitalizing, and management in the areas of: technology, entertainment, new media, medical services, and consumer products. Clients include: Sweety High, AquaHydrate, TattX, Posse Films: “The Payne Stewart Story”, and Kona Red.
March 2006-August 2010: As CEO of AquaHydrate, Inc., he raised and created capital relationships that resulted in more than $20MM in investment into the company. Mr. Berry led the company from a failing start-up, to a national brand valued at $50MM. Richard also created and solidified endorsement/investment relationships with top celebrities, business, and sports figures.
February 1995-March 2006: As President/CEO and managing partner of R.B. Loans, Inc., Mr. Berry successfully funded and raised over $315MM for land, residential, and commercial property deals. Mr. Berry is committed and passionate about leading people toward their maximum potential, and training others to be leaders with vision and ability to make those visions become reality.
For over 35 years Mr. Pisano has been successfully building sales and management teams for small to mid-size companies in the: biotech, healthcare, consumer goods, technology, and renewable energy sectors.
In 2006 Richard turned his focus to the public market sector, building awareness on Wall Street for publicly traded companies. His long-standing relationships with the retail brokerage and private equity communities are built on a track record of success and integrity.
Mr. Pisano has been central to the market success of several offerings and turn-arounds during his tenure at Redwood and has worked with Mr. Hemingway on numerous projects for over 40 years. Most recently, Richard lead the market support for: NeoStem, Pure Bioscience, and Visualant.
